SCIENTIFIC CALCULATOR
SCIENTIFIC CALCULATOR
The calculator is an on-line javascript-based scientific calculator. It is possible to click on any of the icons or input to perform calculations as you would with a tangible calculator.
Apart from normal calculations the online scientific calculator can also be used to perform scientific/academic calculations such as solving equations, making calculations involving complex numbers, trigonometric functions and so on., solving calculus and issues related to statistics, and much more.
What is a Scientific Calculator?Widely employed by high school to college students, scientific calculators can be utilized to perform sophisticated mathematical and scientific calculations. They are able to solve trigonometry as well as algebra, calculus, statistics, etc. related problems. There is a provision for the use of functions , such as complex numbers related to log and p square root, exponential, factorial, etc. In addition they can also carry out basic math calculations like subtraction, multiplication and division.
Applications/Functions of this Scientific Calculator
This tool is digital that is accessible through devices such as laptops or smartphone with an internet connection. Calculations in this scientific calculator are performed simply by clicking on relevant functions or simply entering the entire equation or question into the calculator. The primary functions and methods of using them have been explained below.
Trigonometric Functions
This calculator is a scientific calculatorhas specific buttons for trigonometric calculations Sin, Cos and Tan and also for the trigonometric functions that are inverse, Sin-1 Cos-1, Tan-1.
These functions can be used by simply clicking on the button that corresponds to the specific trigonometric function, and entering the value that this trigonometric function will be applied. The input value should be within parenthesis.
For Example: Sin(90), Tan-1(30), Cos(5), etc.
Exponential Functions
This calculator includes buttons that indicate the xy, x3, x2 ex, 10x and ex that can be used to make calculations that involve exponents. This involves raising the power of the number or expanding the significance of the number by a certain degree.
For example: to find what 63 is worth, click on the number 6 and then click the 3 button. Similarly, to find what 103 is worth, click the 10x button and then on 3
Radical Functions
These functions can be used to make calculations using radicals like square root or cube root. The buttons for these functions include yvx 3vx and vx.
For instance: To calculate the cube root for 27 click on the 3vx button followed by 27. Similar to find that 10th root for 2563. First, type 2563 to the calculator, next click on the yvx button and then enter 10
p E, e, LN and log Functions
Here, the "p" button is utilized to input the value 3.1415926536 or into an equation, or be used in conjunction with other functions, like radicals, exponents and other Arithmetic functions. Similarly, the "e" stands for Euler's constant. And the "log" and "ln" buttons are used for logarithmic computations which can be used in equations and also with different functions that are available in the calculator.
Basic Arithmetic Functions
This calculator can be used to perform basic maths calculations such as subtraction (+), subtraction (-), multiplication (x) and division (/). The calculator is also equipped with buttons that can be used for such mathematical functions that are accessible by clicking on them using the mouse. For such calculations users must first input a numeric number, then the relevant mathematical symbol then enter a second numeric value.
